Refund Policy – BookSpoke

​Thank you for shopping at BookSpoke. We appreciate your trust in us and strive to provide you with the best digital reading experience. Due to the nature of the products we offer (eBooks and downloadable digital goods), we have a specific refund policy in place to protect the rights of all parties. 

1. All Sales Are Final
Since eBooks are digital products that cannot be physically "returned" once downloaded or accessed, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:
·         ​You change your mind after completing the purchase.
·         ​The book does not meet your personal taste after reading it.
·         ​You purchased the book by mistake and have already downloaded the file.​
We kindly ask you to carefully read the book description, review the table of contents, and double-check the product details before completing your payment.

2. Exceptions (When Refunds Are Accepted)
To protect your rights as a customer and ensure the quality of our services, you are entitled to request a full refund only in the following exceptional cases:
·         ​Corrupted File: If the eBook file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and our technical support team is unable to provide you with a working replacement file.
·         ​Non-Delivery: If you successfully complete the payment but do not receive the download link or the book does not appear in your account, and we are unable to resolve the issue after you contact us.
·         ​Duplicate Charge: If your credit card is charged more than once for a single purchase due to a technical error.

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests
​Refund requests (if they meet one of the exceptional conditions mentioned above) must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase. Any requests submitted after this period has expired will not be considered. 

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our technical support team via email at contactus@mtiptv.com , and include the following information:
·         ​Full Name.
·         ​Order Number.
·         ​Payment Receipt.
·         ​A detailed description of the issue (please attach a screenshot if possible). ​

5. Refund Processing
​Once we receive and review your request, we will respond to you within 72 business hours. If your refund request is approved, the funds will be issued directly to the original payment method you used (via Stripe). Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.
