1. How do I access my purchase after payment?

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page where you can download your files immediately. You will also receive an email containing a secure download link, allowing you to access your eBooks or Audiobooks at any time.

2. What file formats are the items available in?

We deliver our products in universally compatible digital formats:

eBooks: High-quality PDF format, ensuring the original layout and fonts are perfectly preserved.
Audiobooks: High-quality MP3 format (delivered as a single file or a compressed .ZIP folder for multi-chapter books), which can be played on almost any device.

3. On what devices can I read or listen to my purchases?

Our files are highly flexible and work on almost all modern devices:

For eBooks (PDF): You can read them on any smartphone, tablet, or computer. They can also be opened in Apple Books or transferred to your Kindle device (via USB or Amazon's "Send to Kindle" service).
For Audiobooks (MP3): You can listen to them using the native media player on your iPhone, Android, tablet, computer, or even through your car's audio system.

4. I haven't received my download email. What should I do?

First, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there. If you still cannot find it after a few minutes, please contact our support team at contactus@mtiptv.com with your order number, and we will send you a new link right away.

5. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, a globally recognized and encrypted payment gateway. We do not store, process, or have any direct access to your credit card details on our servers.

6. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products (PDFs and Audiobooks), all sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded.
